秦皇岛邮轮广场项目

一、项目内容:

主要建设2个邮轮码头泊位、邮轮旅游集散中心、客运联检大楼、酒店群、游乐中心、商业中心以及邮轮商务配套区。总建筑面积15万平方米。
 
二、投资估算及资金来源:
项目总投资额3.5亿美元,拟引进资金3.5亿美元。
 
三、建设条件:
西港搬迁改造工程为河北省重点项目,工程完成后,将形成现代化新港区、临港产业聚集区、特色浓郁的滨海新城区三个“新区”并存互融,港口、港区、港城一体化发展的崭新格局。该项目拟选址于滨海新城区,位于现戊己码头东岸,占地面积16公顷。该选址具有现成的港池和航道,水文条件良好,水深15米以上能够满足大型游轮停靠要求,建成后将成为环渤海国际航运邮轮中心。
 
四、经济效益分析:
项目建成后,年可实现销售收入7000万美元,实现利润700万美元。预计投资回收期为5年。

Passenger Line Square Project

I. Project Briefing:
The overall construction area is 150,000 square meters, with 2 cruise berths, terminal center, passenger joint inspection building, hotels, amusement center, and business center and cruise support area.
 
II. Total Investment & Expected Foreign Capital:
Total investment is $350 million, foreign investment only.
 
III. Opportunities & Favorable Conditions:
The Westport relocation project is the key project of Hebei province. After completed, it will form new modern port district, port-vicinity industry clusters district and characterized new coastal district. The three districts coexist in harmony. The integration of port, port district and port city will make a new pattern development. The project is to be located in the new coastal city, east of the Wuji wharf with a total programming area is 16 hectares. It has a harbor basin and channel available with good hydrological conditions. Water depth is more than 15 meters, enough to satisfy the requirements of large cruise ships to anchor. It will become the center of Bohai Rim international shipping liner upon completion.
 
IV. Evaluation of Economic Benefit:
It will realize annual sales revenue of $70 million and the profits will be of $7 million. The payback period is expected to be 5 years.
